Start the therapy after the lamp lighting with in 3-5 minutes in order to ensure the treatment head is fully cooled, other wise the machine may be damaged early. Check whether the position of the sapphire crystal of treatment head is frozen or have condensed water, otherwise it means the cooling system of treatment head no working. In this case please don’t long press the button on the treatment head.

The equipment must be power off when you check

The reason for the cooling system out of work:

a.Please open the real cover to check whether the water pipe is bended. The bended pipe will cause the poor water circulation.

b.Check whether the refrigerant line is virtually connected or line-off

c.Check whether pump is working

d.Check whether the machine is filled with water
