    It is a thermally conductive grease, it will not cure until it becomes dry. It has good thermal conductivity and stability. It is easy to operate and simplifies the construction. It is mainly used for heat conduction in CPU, memory and power supply as well as fast temperature measurement for sensors.

 

1,Characteristics:

 Improve sensitive circuits and components reliability, prolong service life. The insulation, shock, impact resistant, working temperature range ( -60 °C~ + 180 °C). Work in high temperatures won't appear airing sclerosis or melts phenomenon. Required for high thermal conductivity of electronic amplifiers chips and heat sink interface between    the filling.

2,Use:

    Mainly used for thermal conductive CPU, memory and sensors. For example: induction cooker, TV, DVD, the CPU chip and patch, special power amplifier, manostat etc cooling devices, etc.
