Application:
(1)tangerine and black Bakelite is the commonly used insulation material in the producing and processing of jig and fixture,it is also used as the insulation part for textile industry and electric industry.
Comb could also be made from these kinds of Bakelite sheets.
(2)Grinded and punched Bakelite also could be used for the PCB grinding machine, bottom sheet of prototyping machine,testing plate,it has good surface smoothness and the tolerance for thickness is less than ±0.1mm at most.
(3)Cold runner bakelite,fabric based Bakelite is commonly used as the switch ,insulation part or stamping(punching) parts,in the normal temperature,the punching performance is very stable.
