NMN(6640) Polyester Film & NOMEX Amide Fiber Paper Composites are a family of 3-ply laminates of NOMEX amide fiber paper bonded to both sides of polyester film. The products have excellent heat resistance and tear resistance of paper's, also have good dielectric strength and mechanical strength of film's. The products are reliable kind of F,H-class insulation material for electrical machines.

CHARCTERISTICS:

-  Excellent dielectric strength and good machanical strength

-  Good heat resistance, passed UL tested about 200°C class

-  Better flexibility and very good applicability in slot insulation

-  The product complies with the RoHS directive 2002/95/EC and its subsequent amendments, test report no: GZ0611168909

PACKING & STORAGE:

Packed in carton after sealed by plastic film, keep in dry environment at room temperature, keep from fire and humidity, shelf life 12 months.

APPLICATION:

Polyester Film & NOMEX Amide Fiber Paper Composites are suitable for the slot insulation, barrier and ground insulation of class-F or H motors and generator, also as layer insulation of dry transformers.
