F-DMD(6641) Composites are 3-ply laminates of non-woven polyester fiber mat bonded to both sides of polyester film.

F-DMD(6641) Polyester Film & Polyester Fiber Non-woven Fabric Composites are a family of 3-ply laminates of non-woven polyester fiber mat bonded to both sides of polyester film. It has good machanical strength, dielectric property and reliable heat adhesion, cost-effectiveness. It is a perfect insulating material for class-F electrical machines in slot, phase, liner. The temperature index is 155°C.

CHARACTERISTICS:

PACKING & STORAGE:

Packed in carton after sealed by plastic film, keep in dry environment at room temperature, keep from fire and humidity, shelf life 12 months.

APPLICATION:

F-DMD(6641) is suitable for slot, coils and liner insulation of Y2, Y3 motors series and their derivatives, electrical appliances.
