Immersion sampler : 

it's used for obtaining sample of steel to get chemical analysis.It's available to suit all furnace,ladle and certain tundish applications.Offering choice of deoxidant type and length.

Our liquid steel/iron sampler can be used for quickly sampling the liquid steel/iron, type: 1.KQY-01,liquid steel sampler, with deoxidant;  2.KQY-02,liquid steel sampler, without deoxidant. 3.KQY-03,liquid iron sampler.

The dimension of the sampling mould is φ34*12mm, and the surface is smooth. There are two shapes of our sampler. One is we called thick tube sampler, and the other is thick-thin tube sampler. The paper tube length of the thick tube sampler is 800mm,and the outer Dia is 53±1mm; the paper tube length of the thick-thin tube sampler is 875mm,and the outer Dia of the thick tube portion is 53±1mm,the outer Dia of the thin tube portion is 29.5±1mm. Its match with magnetism clamp and easy to operate.
