1. Isolation step up transformer
Step up the line-in voltage from 380V to 460V,and step up the annealing power supply DC voltage from 500V to 600V,which can improve the heating efficiency and increase the anti-jamming ability and reliability of the power supply.
2. M.F. seam annealing power supply
Supply heating power needed for seam annealing.
3. Capacitor cabinet (including M.F. transformer)
Installed on adjustable mechanical device which includes resonance capacitor and impedance matching transformer forming parallel resonance loop together with inductor.
4. Output cables
Achieving soft connect M.F. annealing heating power supply and capacitor cabinet
5. Straight heater (inductor)
Adopts straight heater (with magnetic conductive material) to finish the power transmission required by steel pipe seam annealing.
6. Mechanical lifting device
Installed besides the tube mill, which can support the capacitor cabinet, fix the inductor and adjust the relative distance between inductor and steel pipe seam.
7. Central consoleinclude PLC and HMI
The central console is the control core of the whole set of equipment,, with the set of manual/auto switching function. Auto functional control system are composed of PLC, touch screen, high precision thermometric instrument and so on, which can realize the high precision temperature closed loop controlling with the temperature controlled precision less than 1% to ensure the reliability of the annealing quality.
8. High precision thermometric instrument
The instrument can measure the seam annealing temperature precisely, and form the temperature closed loop control system together with PLC.
9. Circulation soft water cooling system
Circulated water cooling for the heating part such as M.F. annealing heating power supply, output cable, capacitor cabinet, inductor and so on.
