Caution:

1. Before your trip to the testingarea, please think over the base you will use, you can set up new base or use the last base, both of the A.M. and R.M.. In the process of measurement, you can make notes about longitude and latitude to label the testing- points.

2. In the mode of A.M., because of the four orthogonal directions, please don’t forget to turn the probe from 0º to 270º.

3. If you want to delete the former data because of the lack of memory, you can do that in this way: In the main interface, click the icon of time upleft, a down drawn menu will appear, then find the selection of “Delete”. After entering the interface of deleting, click ZC206-DB-PULS, then select yes to delete the data.

4. The tripod of ZC206T smart magnetometer can be adjusted according the fact, once you have adjusted it, please fix it up with the bolts, avoiding break downfall.

5. Two sections of staff for R.M. are connected by screw thread.

6. Don’t connect the probe with PDA by the wire when charging up, or turn off the probe, otherwise it will do damage to the probe.

7. The power supply box is connected to the wire, in order to avoid poor contact with PDA, please hold the PDA and power supply box together when measuring. If there is no data transmitted, the reason may be the poor contact or power-off.

8. If the software of magnetometer is lost because of mistaken operation or others, the magnetometer will be disabled. But there is a backup of the software in the extended card of PDA. You can install it as follows: click the icon of down-direction arrow in the down-left part of screen, a down-drawn menu will appear in the up-left part , click the last item “Copy”, wait 2 or 3 seconds, the interface of copy will appear, first line: “Copy from: PDA”, second line:” To 64MB AUDIO”, click the triangle of the first line, two selections of “PDA” and” 64MB AUDIO” appear, click “64MB AUDIO”, the interface will change into “COPY FROM 64MB AUDIO” “TO PDA”. Then click “magnetometer”, and click “Copy”, wait 2 or 3 seconds, after finishing the copy, click “Finish ”, then you can see the icon of magnetometer in the main interface. You can go on to use it. Note: Don’t delete the software of magnetometer in the extended card, otherwise, there is no backup .
