Type HX steel making electric arc furnace is divided into normal power, high power and ultra power according to matched power. It also can be divided into independent foundation, foundation, large pivotal bearing and four connecting link structure by roof swing mechnism. There are left operation and right operation type for user's selection.
The electric arc furnace sonsists of furnace body, tilting mechanism, electrode lift mechanism, furnace roof, roof swing mechanism, water cooling system, hydraulic system, furnace transformer, secondary current system, H.T.system and automatic control system.
Major function:
1.Used for scrap melting, decarbonization, dephosphorization and melten steel temperature rise
2.Mix charging partial hot metal or pig iron
3.Additional charging during the melting process and primary alloying process.

1.Refractory material saving due to the water cooled roof and water cooled panels
2.Slagless tapping and tapping temperature reducing result from EBT
3.Impendence of large current reducing due to the cooper and steel composited conductive arm and large section water cooled cable.
4.Adopting furnace door carbon and oxygen lance and furance side wall coherent oxygen lance.
5.Adopting fourth hole dedusting and other fume extraction method.
