Forging furnace is a common facility used in machinery indusy , but with low heat efficiency , huge burning loss and pollution . SBD Type Forging Furnace has features of full burning , even temperature inside furnace , wide temperature adjustment range, low temperature smoke and high heat efficiency . It is a new type of energy saving facility .
SBD Tyoe furnace uses diesel , heavy oil , coal gas and natural gas ( option : nozzle burner and oils of our company ) . It has features of easy ignition , rapid rise of temperature , even flame , low air surplus factor and high efficiency burning . ZHCH returning oil adjustment burner is specially suitable for heating materials which require temperature gradient becuase its load adjustment is more than 4 times . It can either rise temperature rapidly or gradually . Temperature can be remain in each step to achieve heating with least oil . E-ignitior can ignite glutinous fuel like heavy oil .
SBD Type can also be used for heating various shapes of copper , steel and alloy . With the help of its unique furnace structure , it can make full use of radiation and convection heat . Heat efficiency is 2~3times and smoke temperature is ony 1/3 ~1/4 of batch tyoe furnace . Air preheat , material preheat and waste heat using apparatuses are also available with compact structure , easy erection and operation .
It has features of batch type furnace and continuous furnace .
