Function

To provide a chromate solution at the correct concentration and temperature to the chemical roller coater pan.

Features

The recirculating system is mainly composed by the following items:

-      Storage tank

-      Mixing tank

-      Re-circulating tank

-      Pump unit

One re-circulation systems is provided which is capable of supplying chemical solution to the coater machine.

The system comprises a storage tank where the chemicals are delivered, a mixing tank, a re-circulation tank and the pumping system, plus the required valves.

From the storage tanks the solution is pumped in the mixing tank, where is diluted with the demi water. After mixing the solution is pumped into a re-circulating tank. From re-circulating tank is pumped to coater pans.

The mixing tank is equipped with stirrer, concentration and level switches. The circulation tank is complete with concentration and level switches.  Demi water network will provide the appropriate quantity of make up water.

The storage tanks and the mixing tanks are both constructed of non-corrosive material and include all manual and automatic control valves, and measuring devices.
