How to take order

 

First ,we will sent Proforma Invoice &Contract which included our bank account information .  After purchase department of yours pay the payment according to Proforma Invoice is ok.

 

 

 

Second You must sent the bank slip to us that is means you were sent the payment.Our Finance department will check and confirm after we received your remittance.

 

 

 

Third: We will arrange produce schedule and i will follow and report the process to you.

 

 

 

Fourth: Delivery the chiiler to you meanwhile we will sent all the shipping document to you such as Bill of Load ,Packing list...ect.

 

  

 

 A. what are the dimensions and weight of the unit ?

 The screw type chiller which can make special design for the size accroding to the machine room or take part from factory and installed on job site B. Is 50% down payment and 50% prior to ship the unit acceptable ?Yes,50% as down payment,balance before shipment. C. When do you think will be ready assuming we place the order this week ? Standard chiller need 22-25.Non-standard style such as difference power supply which will  need 27-32 working days. D.If we need parts , how long would it take to get them ?7-10 days  Who can repair and install the unit in my country?About Install,you can find cooling systerm company who are perfessional person to help you install is ok. About repair whether the problem was happend original our quality or not,we guide how to solve it directly .  we do have a refrigerator person, wonder if we need someone approved by your company ?It need not.But  i strongly advice you that must used perfessional company those are  have rich experience in the line of cooling systerm.
