It is a colorless gas under ordinary temperatures,and a colorless & transparent liquid under the pressure of itself,easily soluble in oil but poorly in water. And it is mainly used as important raw material for refrigerants, aerosol propellants and of HCFC-142b. As the substitutive refrigerant for CHC-12, it will be a long-term one and have absolutely no bad effects against ozonospere.
