2.System Working Process
A. Network Thermostat which is connected with FCU and motorized valve real-timely monitors their status and submits the status to upper layer J02 Data Converter.
B. J02 Data Converter transfers all the data to PC while at the same time receives indication from PC which will results in Network Thermostat's starting to work immediately.
3. Functions
1) Control function: Batch processing, remotely controls and manages via building
control center, adjusts the temperature and fan speed remotely. Besides, if some tenants forget to close their FCU, the property management supervisor could close it at building control center without entering customer room/office.
2) Time switch: Automatically open/ close FCU in advance or delay according to different user's working hour.
3) Temperature limits setting and automatic monitoring: Sets up a temperature
that can’t be over or below a certain degree, monitors the status automatically, avails energy saving.
4) Monitoring function: Real-timely checks each point of the whole system, has the
complete data record to track; Auto-Alarm in case of abnormality, error record (date, number).
5) Security functions: Requires different password as per different operated class.
6) Extension function: Opens database, OPC interface, easy to integrate.
7) Realizes BTU Measurement (optional).
8) Suitable for Office building, business apartment, residence community, hospital,
school and hotel whose terminal is Fan Coil Unit (FCU).
