1. How can I get some samples? 

1) We are honored to offer you some free samples for reference. New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost; and this charge will be deducted from the payment of formal order. 

2) Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company. 

2. Can your factory print or emboss my logo on the goods?

1) Yes, we can print or emboss the logo on the goods or  packing box, for patent protection purpose, a letter of attorney (letter of authorization) shall be provided for the logo. 

2:)We usually produce goods based on customer’s samples or based on customers’ picture, logo, and size detail information design provided by customers. 

3.Can we purchase the hotel amenities in kits and also individually? 

Sure! You can purchase our hotel amenities in kits (for example, dental kits, shaving kits etc).or you can buy a single item(for example , socks, toothbrush or toothpaste,eyemask ,towel ) at your will.
