H-LIFT Wire Rope Hoist FEATURES:

1. Hooks
Load hooks are heat treated and fracture resistant. In case of dangerous overloading or abuse, the hook does not fracture but will slowly yield.
2. Power
Operating voltage 220-440V, 50/60Hz, 1-3 phase.
Low voltage control 36V is standard.
Dual voltage is available.
3. Motor
High efficient energy-saving motor, asbestos free brake system. 2-speed motor available.
Sturdy pole change motors with cylindrical rotors and integrated safety brakes.
3. Limit Switch
Limit switch devices fitted at both top & bottom ends, switch off power automatically to prevent load chain from running out.
4. Pushbutton Swith
Pushbutton swith is rain-proof plastic for severe impact and corrosive atmosphere resistance and mechanically interlocked.
5. Hoisting Gear:
Lightweight gear units with silent running flat bevelled gears deliver the torque required.
6.Rope guide:
The rope guide reduces wear on the rope and rope drum. It is also easy to install, reducing maintenance requirements for the unit as a whole.
7. Safety Brake
The dual-disk electromagnetic brake features automatic braking in the event of a power failure. Asbestosfree brake linings designed for approx.1million braking operations make for long maintenance intervals.
8. Easy Plug-in Connector
Socket connections reduce installation and maintenance work to a minimum. Connections are easy to assemble and dismantle. Furthermore incorrect connections are impossible.
9. Cross Travel Drive
Two compact epicyclic reduction gears with pole-changing brake motors directly drive two wheels.
Capacity: 1.6ton to 12.5ton
