This exchanger is specifically designed for heating of soap; the construction of it is to prevent the tubes from clogging by soap that is a material difficult   to deal with.

·The heating tubes are made from stainless steel 316L,  that is acid-resist, alkali-proof and strong to stand  the pressure.

·The heating tube is O.D.14×1 thick to reduce the resistance of flow, to heat the soap homogeneously,   guaranteeing uniform moisture content of the dried   soap chips in the vacuum drying chamber.
