| 3 | We reply all points to the buyer. Usually we reply e-mails in 12 working hours or online chat with buyer by trademanager. |
| 4 | Buyer study our answer and may have more questions. Then we will make prompt responses. |
| 5 | Now buyer has got all necessary informations and would evaluates the possibility of purchasing from us. If they are satisfied with our items and our trade terms, usually they would consider placing a trial order with not big quantity. But if the buyer is only interested in big quantity order, usually he will ask for making sample for him. |
