Easy operation with less daily maintenance.Grinding dispersion speed has continuously variable transmission option as per clients' requests to meet with different working conditions of various materials to achieve optimal grinding effects.High sealing performation:adopted by prcise dual-end mechanical seal with pressure adding and cooling devices.Cooling fluid of mechanical seal adopts chemical fluid dissolved with material to assure the safety in a long time usage.Discharge has two means:one is through discharging screen,another dynamic discharge with precise tungsten carbide material to make a smooth discharge with a long time usage.Efficient and complete cooling assures suitable temperature for grinding and disperson.Guide-rail makes convenient assembling and remove.One person can easily dismantle the cylinder.Cleaning and color-changing are also very convenient.This sand grinder has auto stop function against over-temperature and over-pressure.Dispersing plates can be made of different materials as per customer's request,such as wear-resistant steel,tungsten carbide,ceramic and special palstics etc.
