Characteristics:

Structures:Motor is placed on the upper part of the machine and the grinding chamber is placed on the lower part,therefore,total height of the machine is decreased.The pedestal is mounted with two slides for operation and repair.A large capacity sand mill possesses th esame optimum using and operating properties as other sand mills.The grinding chamber can be moved without any special device.

Dispersers:We have so high specialized level that we will have a compound combination of dispersers tailor-made for you.It has high grinding efficiency and can be guaranteed that and products have fineness of micron or submicron level.

Discharging and separating:Combined dynamic-static separator is hardly worn,no block during large-flow-rate material discharging.It has super small discharging gaps,which can be used for super-fine grinding with nanometer level.

Sealing:Integrated double mechanical seal.Sealing liquid is compatible with material,which guarantees barrier-free operation.

Grinding chamber:Grinding chamber and grinding disk are optional for different materials to meet different requirements,such as stainless steel,ceramics,polyurethane,super hard metal,etc.
