this ball mill is used in ceramic factories and refractory material factories, is used to mill and crush.  

The ball mill is composed of 3 parts, including barrel body, bearing and driving device. See constructional drawing of TQM1201350 ball moll.

   The barrel is a cylinder, it is rotating with the help of center-oriented double row sphere roller bearing. The inside of the barrel has stony lining plate, marble, water and crushed stone are in the lining plate of barrel. When it rotates, the marbles will hit stony materials, so the stony materials will be crushed.

The main bearing adopts center-oriented double row sphere roller bearing, model of the bearing is 3520, it is a effective measures that used in special structure of ball mill to prevent shaking, it can compensate for position error of bearing, and keep the ball mills nce because of self aligning.

    Motivity is Y132M1-6 3 phase asynchronous inductive motor,  power is 4kw, it adopts belt for driving, make the barrel rotating with the speed of 30r/min.
