1.  All the raw material come to our company will be tested by professional RoHS Inspection Machine(to check the metal component according the order's quality requiement.),Environmental protection is everyone's responsibility.

 

2. Before mass production,the pre-shipment sample of each order will be passed by EMC Testing System, Heater and Lumens & Color Temperature Test Instrument.

 

 

For EMC Testing System,  to check photoelectric properties of the lamp, and to attack the sheating material of the lamp by the high voltage of 1500V or 3750V.

 

For 80°Heater, to inspect the electronic components'quality and Light Attenuation.(The material to be put in 80°Heater for 7days) .

 

For Integrating Sphere and Illumination Test Equipment, to test the lumen, color temperature, watts,electric current,power factor…… and illumination of the raw material and finished goods.
