Product Detail
1.Strength is 4-5 times of ordinary glass; 2.Thermal stability is 3 times of ordinary glass; 3.Improved security.

Introduction

Toughened glass is produced by heating up the float glass to approximates the softening point, even rapidly cooling on the surface of glass, causing the surface of glass to have the serious compressed stress, and tensile stress interior, thus enhanced intensity and stability of the glass.

When it is broken by an external force which surpass its intensity, it becomes pellet shape, and is not harmful to people with such security performance. Comparing to common glass with same thickness, its anti-impact intensity and anti-bending strength is 3-5 times. When it is destructed by external force, the fragment becomes small pieces with obtuse angle, reduce harm to the people.

Features

1. Safety, once broken, it splits into tiny harmless pieces. 2. Hardness, 4 times harder than ordinary float glass. 3. Special logo and pattern can be printed on tempered glass. 4. Outstanding performance in resisting thermal stress and wind-load. 5. Bear sudden temperature change of 220 centigrade degree.

Flat Toughened Maximum size:7000*2400mm
