SPECIFICATIONS
I. Technical Performance
The performance of the product described in the following text conforms to that made of the high-quality float glass specified by national standards in GB11614-1999 Float Glass.
Note: (1) The thickness of glass should be ≥2.85MM
(2) Four-side edges of the glass should be ground by diamond wheel until being beveled. No hole or chamfers are allowed.
1. Maximum area of glass sheets array: 2.85MM - 19MM 2000MM × 4000MM
2. Minimum size of glass for processing: 100MM × 250MM or φ250MM
3. Maximum size of individual glass sheet for processing:
2.85 MM 600MM× 1000MM
3 MM 800MM× 1200MM
4-6MM 2000MM× 4000MM
8-19 MM 2000MM × 4000MM
Clearance of glass sheets array: longitudinal ≥50mm; transverse ≥20mm
4. Thickness of glass for processing: 2.85 - 19 mm
5. Maximum area of glass for processing: 8 square meter per tempering cycle

6. Production Rate: high-quality float flat glass specified by GB11614-1999, four-side edges ground. No holes or chamfer are allowed.

Note: The productivity may be reduced by 10-30% in the following cases:
a. When the length of an individual piece of glass exceeds 3050mm;
b. For low-E glass; and
c. For glasses of other special size, processing requirement or performance
