1. working principle
The oil for lubrication system is supplied by gear pump for choosing gear pump with good oil absorptiveness and decreasing working speed of gear pump at the same time when starting up at low temperature.
Resistance of lubricating oil will be increased at the time of starting up at low temperature. In order to hold system in a normal state, if the resistance pressure difference is bigger than set value, the spill valve will open and the oil will go through strainer with 50um. Temperature will be increased gradually after running in a short time. When lubricating oil temperature is normal, pressure difference will be decreased to be normal value. Shut down spill valve and the oil will go through double fine filter with 10um(5um)only. There is thermostat valve inside the system to control the direction of oil according to temperature condition. When oil temperature is lower than set value, the thermostat valve will keep shut down, the lubricating oil will go directly to gearbox. When oil temperature is higher than set value, the thermostat valve will be activated, one way is open while the other one is shutting up according to change of temperature, part of lubricating oil go through oil/wind cooler before entering into gearbox. When oil temperature is 10°C higher than set value, the thermostat fully opened and the lubricating oil fully go to gearbox through cooler. Reverse work will be done in low temperature. There is pressure transducer or pressure switch installed in the outlet of pump and inlet of gearbox to detect lubricating oil pressure.
2. Structural Features
The gear pump of our system which we chose have been used for many years in wind power industry. Its safety and performance especially in low temperature condition have been proved by year’s test in different environment.
Cooler shell has unique design feature. It adopts the way of force-bearing direct transmission. Only edgefold structure but welding joint on force-bearing direct and no possibility of fracture caused by oscillation and the structure’s vibration and noise are small.
The use of advanced processing and cleaning technology guarantees the cleanness of valve and make the system more stably and safely.
The parts of our system which we chose have been used for many years in wind power industry. Our products are comprehensive.
