On the basis of R & D and production capacity, China Space Sanjiang Group(CSSG), has developed small natural gas liquefaction plant--- processing hydrocarbon combustible gas into liquid natural gas (LNG) and partial byproduct, like liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). The LNG plant will work with feed gas pretreatment equipment, liquid storage tanks, gas generator at the natural gas site / well site. While paralleling number of modules, the LNG plant can be combined into different scaled LNG plant

Liquefaction process energy consumption: <0.6 Kw.h/Nm3

Payback period: 2-6 years
Can be used for developing remote and small gas fields , recovery of wells residual gas and coal bed methane.
Can also be quickly used in the area, where temporarily without LNG supply. but has the demand for LNG. It can effectively compensate for the lack of applications range of the large and medium-sized liquefaction plant.
The composition of the entire set of LNG plant
Basic technologic modules: pretreatment module, purification module, liquefaction module, compressor module.
Process: feed gas → deacidification and dehydration → cryogenic liquefaction → cryogenic storage → LNG
Pretreatment module: it is optional according to the component and pressure of the raw gas, and the requirement of the user. LPG separation, pressure regulating and metering, and pretreatment denitrification can be realized.
Purification module: deacidification,desulfurization, dehydration, benzene removal of feed gas for achieving the purification index of the feed gas.

Liquefaction module: Mixed refrigerant process for LNG.
Compressor module: According to technology requirement, normally select reciprocating compressor, pressurization and reclamation of mixed refrigerant can be realized by it.
The main products are liquefied natural gas (LNG) and some byproducts: liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and heavy hydrocarbons etc.
Skid-mounted LNG Plant
Especially, for LNG plant of cpacity from 20,000~100,000 Nm3 / day, most of the modules can be skid-mounted. Basically, there are 8~9 skids,among which for main technology:4~5 skids,for Public works:4 skids.
Skids transport: 11 sets of Flatbed trailer are needed.
