Honeycomb ceramic RTO is a new developed porous industrial ceramic; it has the properties of corrosion resistances, high specific surface area, low resistance, low thermal expansion coefficient, good thermal conductivity and thermal-shock resistance performance.
Material: Mullite, Cordierite, Alumina, Mullite Zirconium, Mullite Corundum, Corundum and other materials.
Size: According to customers’ requirements.
Hole shape: square, hexagon, rectangular, circular, triangle, diamond.
Holes number: According to customer’s requirements. (1~400 holes/square inch)
Application of Honeycomb Ceramics
It can used as catalysts carrier for clean-up of automobile tail gas, carrier for purification system, heat retainer in the beat accumulation burner in metallurgy industry, used as structured packing, gas burning distribution plate.
