the ESP is highly efficient de-dusting device widely used around the world. It works by ionizing the dusty flue gas with corona discharge supported by strong electric field. When the flue gas is ionized, the charged particles will be separated from the gas with the effect of the electric field. The ESP features high de-dusting efficiency, which can be theoretically up to 99.5%. The flue gas resistance loss is little, being generally 160-300Pa and therefore the operation cost is low. The scope of particle size for effective catching ranges from 0.01~100μm.
