1. How do I get the latest price of product?
Howins: Please send us an inquiry about which item you’re interested in, and the quantity you want to order. Once we see your inquiry on email or on-line media, we will respond you in 24 hours.
2. What is your minimum order quantity?
Howins: Most of the models on the site are available from stock.
1).For handbags and evening bag/hard case bag each models 300pcs can mixed colors.
2) If you have special requirements, for example, adding your brand on the product, using your specified fabric/material, making amendment on the style, changing other colors, you will need to place order for us to production. Moq have to be larger, should be 200 pcs or 500pcs each item, depends on style and material.
3. Can I take samples?
Howins: Yes. However, since not knowing whether you will place order in the future, we will charge 1.50 times of our regular order price as sample fee. Shipping freight would be paid by buyer. If you place order more than 500pcs in the future, you can deduct this cost when balancing the payment.
4. How can I know the products’ quality?
Howins: To make sure to build a long business relationship with you, before you place the big order, the sample will be checked by our internal inspection and your approval. For the big order, our QC staff will check them seriously before shipment.

Howins: By sea or by air.
In general, order quantity below 200pcs, we will deliver by air/express, which would be even cheaper than by sea. We can deliver worldwide, except APO/FPO.
For air, we will ship by different express, DHL,FEDEX, UPS or EMS. Prices vary to different express company.
EMS: It will take about 7 - 10 working days to destination, it's for Southeast Asia and Australia.DHL: It will take about 3 to 7 working days to destination, it's for Europe and North America.UPS: It will take about 4 to 8 working days to destination, it's only for Southeast Asia and North America.
