The structure and external dimension

The fuse is made up of fuse pipe,porcelain sheath,fastening flange,support insulator,terminal cap etc.separately fix up the terminal cap and fuse pipe in the porcelain sheath by the p ress way,then use the fastening flange to fix up the porcelain sheath on the support insulator.Refer to the chart for its structure and external dimension. The fuse pipe adopts the material wlth high content of oxide siIicon as the arc extinguishing media,and uses small-diameter metal Iine as fuse wi re.When the overload current or the short-circuit current passes the fuse pipe,the fuse wire immediately is broken,the electric arc occurs in a few paralIel-connection gaps,the metal steam in the electric arc inflltrates into the quartz sand,and it is Iiberated strongly,then quickly puts out the electric arc. Thus,this fuse has good performance and big b reaking capacity.

Installation and use

1.It is avallable to horizontal or verticalinstallation.2.Don’t connect the fuse when the data of fusearen’t accordant with the use viltage and rated current in the circuit.3.The users may take apart the terminal cap by themselves and replace the fuse with the same specification and performance, whenr the fuse pipe is broken.
