Basic descriptions

1) Made out of soft nylon,

     with steel/brass linkage in the center  

2) Common finished with brown, other colors to be chosen ,

     YD-141 can be finished with white

3) YD-140-I without matching screw, can be fixed to wood

     YD-140-II with matchinge screw, plate can be expansion

      Yd-141 is our newly developed hinge

Installation descriptions 

1) Completely invisible when installed

     Outer body will expand when center screws are drilled,

     reinforce the strength with bored hole 

2) Incorporated set screws expand wedge locks to secure in wood.

     No wood screws are necessary.  

3) For wood up to 13/16" thick  

4) Make mortise with a 12mm drill bit  

5) Adivse 2 pcs for each door
