Features
1, light weight and easy installation
Selected high quality birch and poplar film faced plywood as raw materials, Pengcheng formwork
is light weight, high strength, and easy installation.
Example: Pengcheng formwork at 1000mm diameter and 3m height is about 40-45 kgs and 2 or 3
workers can install it well by hands. If to use steel formwork in the same size, it have to make use
of hoisting equipment.
2, accelerate the construction schedule and shorten the construction period
Normally, a group of workers (2 or 3 people) have installed about 10-15 circular columns within 8 hours, which will
save 70% construction period compared with steel circular column formwork.
3, easy-cutting, solve lintel problems between circular columns and beams
Pengcheng formwork can be cut according to architectural drawings and successfully solve connection between
circular columns and beams, which is more flexible than steel formwork.

Installation
P.S: reinforcement by concrete 0.5cm-1cm above ground
strength by steel belts with screws every 20cm-30cm
fixed by wooden blocks and scaffolding every 50cm-150cm
one times concrete forming within 7m height, two times concrete forming above 7m every 30-60 minutes
Maintain and Storage
keep the phenolic resin film well and clean the surfaces well after using it.
oil treament and 20mm above ground for long-time storage.

Analysis of construction projects
Take the example of Tai’an Culture and Art Center Project: the diameter of its circular columns have 400mm, 700mm, 800mm, 900mm, and 1200mm, different heights from 3m to 6m, 800 circular columns in totally.
Through our PENGCHENG formwork, it only takes 5 days. The total cost is about USD 110,000.00.
If to make use of STEEL formwork, it will need 15 days and the cost will be USD260,000.00, including the expense of hoisting equipment.
If to take advantage of PVC formwork or DIY wooden strip formwork, they can’t guarantee the construction period.
