Which controls the whole process of heating and cooling.  Automatically record the pressure, temperature, control the water level. Self-equipped small water storage case, recycles condensate water in steaming heating for the use of sterilizing water, preventing furring in heat exchange.

This retort is with  quick-open door  and safe interlock system.
