Wafer Sheet Inspection Machine

(1) Operation Principle : a. If the whole line works well ,sheet inspection machine receives the wafer sheets from the wafer sheet inspection machine ,sends the signal to the PLC of cream spreading machine ans feeds the wafer sheets to the cream spreasing machine .b. if there is any failure occurred in cream spreading machine or wafer cooling cabinet ,two blowpipes of this machine wikk change the moving direction of the wafer sheets from the cooling machine and make them drop to the box under the machine for resuing .

(2) Operation Instruction :

From the tem-control cupboard panel ,all automatic operations can be achieved .

a . Check before starting :

check whether any sundries are on tsheet feeding conveyor belt

b. Starting :

Turn on "inspecting " function for wafer sheeet inspection machine ,and check the blowing function .

Turn on feeding " ,check the movement of conveyor belt and adjust the speed .

c. Each function has an indicating lamp on control panel .Such as ,the power lamp will be light when given power supply ,also power supply ,also the spreading ,feeding ,stacking ,pressing and so on .
