General description

The tryptic casein peptone is a kind of pale egg yellow powder which is manufactured by trypsin digestion of casein, concentration and spry drying process.

The tryptic casein peptone is widely used as a basic conponent in the preparation of many kinds of bacterial culture media including axenic culture medium, anaerobic bacterial culture medium as well as biochemical specifications test medium of bacteria H2SRM-VP. Mass production will be increased if it is co-used with high quality meat pepton in large-scale culture.

Solubility

    It is easy to dissolve in water. The water solution is clear, light yellow without precipitation. There is no precipitatation with alkalinity and phosphates.
