Ingredients: Vegetable Oil, Red Pepper, MSG, Salt, Cooking Wine, Ginger, Garlic, Spices, Starch
Cooking way:
1. Clean and cut about 1kg fish into slices or lumps, mix well with the fish salting flavoring(10g) and cook wine(10g) or a little white spirit, it is ready to use in 20 minutes.
2. Put the prepared vegetable into boiled oil and cook to be half done, then take them out and put into a container. Pour about 0.7kg water or bone soup(better just cover the fish slices) and a bag of the seasoning into the pot.
3. Cook till it boils, then add the prepared fish slices or lumps and cook around 3-5 minutes.
4. Sprinkle the pappery flavoring on it (the amount of the peppery flavoring according to your favor)
5. Clean the pot, pour 150g vegetable oil into the pot and heat it till eighty percent done, and then pour the oil onto the fish and serve.
