Product Description

Vegetable fungi oil extracted from Mortierella alpina, Arachidonic acid rich (40% AA) single cell oil.

Arachidonic acid (AA or ARA).,its chemical name is 5, 8, 11, 14-eicosatetraenoic acid, is the most important PUFA to human and one of essential unsaturated fatty acids. The product is suitable in particular for enrichment of infant formula and maternal nutrition products where there is a specific need for AA supplementation.

Physical

Appearance: The product is a clear yellow liquid (at 30°C), homogeneous and free from foreign impurities.
