Water Flow Sensor 

On following the principle of Hall Effect, our product has settled lots of technic defects wih advanced controlling method to detect water flow. It is compact sized with low starting level, featuring in stable performance, accurate measurement, acute reaction, convenient access, and etc.

When the water flow pushes the rotor, its magnet shall generate a rotating magnetic field; and then the Hall sensor will find a pulse signal from the magnetic field transformation, and then deliver it to the output control circuit after transformation. The signal pulse frequency and water flow is proportional.

 Rated working voltage: DC5V

Working voltage range: DC3V~18V

Operating temperature range: 0~60°C

Output pulse high level: the rated working voltage is 5V, the output of the high level required more than 4.5V

Output pulse low level: the rated working voltage is 5V, the output of the low level required below 0.5V

Flow pulse characteristics: f=CQ(Q: flow  f: frequency  C: constant)

Pulse accuracy: δ=(fmax-fmin)/fmin×100%≤5%

      δ: the average error of three consecutive pulse frequency within 20s      

      fmax : the maximum value of the three consecutive pulse frequency within 20s

         fmin : the minimum value of the three consecutive pulse frequency within 20s

  Withstand voltage:

 At the state of room temperature, humidity and leakage current ≤ 1mA, imposed  voltage AC500 between the lead wire and housing last 1 minute, it should not breakdown. 

  

  Insulation resistance:

   When imposed DC500V between the lead wire and housing, its resistance should be greater than 100MΩ (non-tidal state) or greater than 10MΩ (tidal state).

  There's watertight, no deformation and damage withstand the water pressure 1.5MPa continued for 1 min.
