Step One: Mould Making
The designer will provide with the CAD Drawing. We make it into a clay sculpture. Then the clay sculpture is made into resin mould for the more exquisite carving.
Step Two: Block Cutting
After choosing the right material, we will cut the block into a rectangle shape whose length and width are proper for the carving.
Step Three: Initial Carving & detail carving
According to the mould carving, the carver simply carves the rectangle stone with a hammer, pick and point type instrument to make the rectangle stone into a rough shape. After the outline comes out, the carver will carve in details till it is the same as the mould.
Step Four: Surface Finishing:
After the carving work is finished, we will tackle the surface; usually do the polishing by using the sophisticated sand paper and the other finishing tools.
Step Five Product Test and installation guide
When all the pieces are done well, the technical person will install them and have a test. After it is no problem, we will label each part for your easy installation.

1) how long can my order be finished? How soon can I get my ordered products?
A. Normally FCL shipment: 45 to 60 days;
B. LCL shipment: 20 to 35 days

2) Are you sure the packing will be strong enough? If damage happens during transportation, who should be responsible for that?
Yes, we use strong closed wooden case for outside packing and soft material for inside. You can see the above packing process which is very professional. In addition, we will buy "all risks" as per your requirement. In the case of damage, firstly, we can claim the damage. If the damage occures due to improper packing, my company will take all the responsibility.
