1.Introduction:

We can supply our clients with the filter fabrics out of PET, PP, PA, PV fiber. Withour over 20 professional experiences and our world-class weaving machine, ourfabrics can meet your vary requirements to improve your filtration efficiency.Our filter fabrics, according to the selected fiber, can be divided into PET fabricsseries, PP fabrics series, PA fabrics series, PV fabrics series, each of thesefour also can divided into monofilament and multifilament.Polyester filtering fabrics series, which made of polyester fiber (PET), can be dividedinto PE staple fabrics, PE long thread fabrics, and PE monofilament fabrics.These products possess the properties of strong acid-resistance, fair alkali-resistance,high tensile strength, good moisture resistance. Max. operating temperatureis 130 Celsius degrees. They can be widely used in pharmaceutical, non-ferrymelting, chemical industrial, for the equipments of frame filter press, centrifugefilter, vacuum filter, etc. The filtering precision can reach less than5 microns. Our representative products are as following:1) Thin model: 747, 758, 729, 208, 130, 240, 2602) Thick and dense model: 3014, 3927, 4030, 8223) Double layer model: 903, 3751, 3850Polypropylene fabrics series, which made of polypropylene fiber (PP), can be dividedinto PP staple fabrics, PP long thread fabrics, and PP monofilament fabricsand PP double layer fabrics. These products possess the properties of strong acid-resistance, good alkali-resistance, small specific gravity, good hydrolyzationresistance and good oxygenation resistance, and maximum operating temperature is90 Celsius degrees. They are mainly used in the precision chemical, dye chemical,sugar, pharmaceutical, alumina industrial, for the equipments of frame pressfilter, belt filter, blend belt filter, disc filter, drum filter etc. The filteringprecision can reach less than 1 micron. Our representative products are: 521, 522, 4212, 750A, 750B, 750 AB, 2402, 5422,5514, 6320, and 7640Polyamide fabrics series, which made of polyamide fiber (PA), can be divided intoPA staple fabrics and PA long thread fabrics and PA double layer fabrics. Theseproducts possess the properties of weak acid-resistance, strong alkali-resistance,and high mightiness, specific gravity of 1014g/squ.MT, and maximum operatingtemperature of 130 Celsius degrees. They can also be divided into PA6 series andPA66 series, and the later performance is better than the former. They are mainlyused in the chemical, coal mine, building materials, melting industrial, forthe equipment in the strong alkali operating conditions, such as frame press filter,disc filter, and centrifuge filter. The filtering precision can reach lessthan 5 microns. Our representative products are: N856, 4931, PA6336, 4423, 6362, 4501, 5542, 407,663, 301, and 856Polyvinyl alcohol filter fabrics series is made of polyvinyl alcohol fiber (PVA).At present, we can produce polyvinyl alcohol staple fabrics only. The productspossess the properties of strong alkali-resistance, high softening point, smallelongation, and good moisture absorption. The finishing treatment of calenderingwill make filter cloth reach highest filtration efficiency, good cake discharge,good cake washing, highest tensile strength, long using life. They are mainlyused for frame press filter. Our main representative products are: 295-1, 295-102,295-104, and 295A-1Note: We can weave different denier fiber into different weaving (plain, twill, satin)to meet requirements from different customers; also we can make the filterfabrics according to your sample or your order.
