Technology:diamond grit was absorbed to the surface of matrix(C45).

Feature:wear-resisting,sand and matrix is inseparable and not eary drop.And it keeps sharp and works long.

Surface finishment: matrix was electroplated with Ni,and it keeps good finishment.The working sexction finishment is based on the grit size.The more fine ,the better surface.Usually used 150#,200#.

Usage:

(1)Simple sheet glass,ground glass,sandblasting glass,patterned glass,wire glass,hollow glass,laminated glass and glass block.grit size from 80 to 120, it is not easy broken edge with a high speed.The glass will be bright and clean after finishing.

(2)Granite,basalt,limestone,dolomite,sandstone ,marble ,etc.grit size from 36 to 60,it is not easy broken edge with a high speed.

(3)Overglaze color,underglaze color,underglaze blue,wall brick,floor tile,sanitaryware,ceramics,silicate product silicon pellet.grit size from 60 to 80.

(4)Other metal products ,such as aluminium ,stainless steel.If need to polish rapid steel and tungsten steel ,you need to order CBN grit cause it is more sharp.
