• Structure of the machine

 

The Paddy dryer mainly make up of  Circulation layer , dryer layer , storage layer.

1. Circulation layer will responsible for the circulation of the paddy.

2. Dryer layer can be realized by the input /output of the warm and dry wind.

3. Storage layer is used for store the paddy.

• Performance of the machine

 

1. The machine dry the paddy by low temperature which less than 60 degree

    celsius. The paddy quality will be ruined — some paddy maybe broken on

    the middle part of the grain once the temperature surpass the rating

    temperature.

2. The machine can operated both manually and automatically. The electronic

     components are all well qualified products.

3. General power of the machine is about 6.7kw

4. The capacity of process of one unit set can be 10 ton. The overall height is

    9.6m with width of 1.7m and length of 2.5m.

5. Periphery material of the machine is made of the cold steel plate with

    thickness of 1.2mm, inner board is made of cold steel plate with thickness of

    2mm. The mateial inner the dryer layer made up of gavanized steel plate

    with thickness of 1.2mm and the frame steel plate with thickness of 2mm.

6. The strap and belt of the elevator is well reinforced products, the buckets has

    long life character.

7. The temperature of the machine can be controlled seperately and

    automatically, rice hull, straw, wood and coal can all be the fuel of the furnace,

    very low cost.
