ENOLZYMETM Phytase
ENOLZYMETM Phytase is an efficient single enzyme product which is produced by EN Group, through the liquid deep fermentation technology and advanced post-treatment processing production with the application of modern biological engineering technology, and the international advanced strains. ENOLZYMETM Phytase is suitable for different levels of various feed factory and farm due to its high tolerance to high temperature and high humidity as well as its resistance to acid and the degradation of digestive enzymes.
Definition: (GB/T-18634)
One ENOLZYMETM Phytase unit(U) is defined as the amount of enzyme which liberates 1μmole inorganic phosphorus per minute from 5.0 mmol/L sodium Phytate at 37.0°C and at pH 5.5 under the condition of the test.
Functions:
For a better utilization of phosphorus--by releasing phytate phosphate of plant origin feedstuffs in the digestive tract, reducing the use of inorganic phosphorus (such as DCP) in feed so as to reduce the cost of feed and set aside enough space for feed formula.
For a better utilization of other nutrition--by releasing phytate-bound minerals, proteins and starch, which can then be digested and absorbed by the animal to improve the efficiency of digestion.
For a better environment—by improving digestion and absorption of phosphorus, reducing the volume of manure produced and lowering phosphorus excretion
