1.  This solution provide greater thermal efficiency by embedding heat pipes into an assembly to transport heat away from a concentrated source. It's more efficient than other heat-dissipation mechanisms in thermal conductivity.

2.  It has less limitation of space of heat source. And CNC machining to keep the good straightness and flatness.

3.  The heatsink material common is Al6063 & pure copper. Heatpipe material: copper sintered powder.

4.  Heatsink surface treatment: anti oxidation.
