Usage:
Cold application: Put the gel eye mask into refrigerator to refrigerate for an hour before taking out for use, or put it into freezer when in urgent need. Wear it like an eye glass for use.
Hot application: Prepare gel eye mask for hot application by following heating instructions. (Microwave oven or Hot Water)
Hot Water: immerse the eye mask under hot water for about 4-6 minutes. Microwave oven: put the eye mask into a bowl with hot water, then put the bowl to the microwave oven for about 1 minute (middle fire)

Precaution:
1. If the temperature is too low or high for you, please use a cloth wraps to cover the pack.
