Eye Mask/ Facial Mask:

Usage:

Cold compress:

Put the eye mask (facial mask) into the refrigerator to get it cold for about 1 hour. Put it into the freezer for emergency use. Wear it in your eyes or face when necessary.

Hot Compress:

Two ways to prepare hot compress: to put eye/facial mask into microwave oven or hot water

1. Put the eye mask or facial mask into boiled water for about 4-6 minutes

2. Put the eye mask or facial mask into a bowl/vessel with hot water then put it into microwave oven for about 1 minute with medium heat.
