3. The regular treatment as below:
Tuff trided/nitrided: valves are nitrided to increase the exhaustion strength, corrosion- and wear-resistant.
Chrome-plated: valve stems with chromium to increase wear-/corrosion-resistant of stem.
Stellite (seat hard faced): valves made by using deposit of stellite to get high hot hardness at seat.
Bimetal: valve made by joining together two different valve materials by friction welding wherein high hot hardness alloy steel is used at head and stem made from a upright mechanical properties steel.
4.Packing: Netural or as your requirement.
