1.Chemical composition of materials and mechanical properties according to GB/T1173 casting aluminium alloys standard.

2.Heat-treatment Hardness: (100-140)BHS. The hardness difference for a batch of piston should be within 30 BHS.The hardness difference for a single piston should be within 15BHS.

3. Tensile strength: no less than 210MPa.

4.Microstructure should conform to the stipulations of JB/T6289.

5.It has passed ISO16949:2002,ISO9002,QS9002 QUALITY SYSTEM CERTIFICATION.
