be down, and the float lower automaticly, while down to the lower limit,linked with the level system, open the valve 

mouth and the gas will be released, so that the liquid level will increase because of decreased pressure, under

 the action of elastic, air vent closed, so that the gas collected, exhausted, re-collected, re-exhaused, and complete

 the process of exhaust automaticly for pipeline and equipment system.
