Installation Steps:
LIMITED WARRANTY FOR LED TUBE
FOCONE(hereinafter”company”),provides the following limited warranty to those LED tube products from company by any Distributor and/or a Distributor's customers.
Warranty
Subject to the exclusions contained below, Company warrants its LED lighting tubes and accessories (“Products”), which are sold to Purchaser for the reasonable and customary purpose(s) for commercial and/or residential lighting uses.
Products Covered
The listed product above named in the purchase order will have a warranty of (3) years from the date of purchase listed in the Purchase Order. This warranty extends only to the first purchaser of the product, and is not transferable. Each light will be referenced to determine the length of the warranty.
Replacement Policy
Focone at its option, will, at no charge, repair or replace any Product that does not conform tothis warranty. Company has the right to inspect and evaluate any returned product to determine the cause of any warranty claim. If the Company finds that the claim results from an excluded condition and/or act, then the Company shall not be obligated to repair and/or replace the product. Upon finding that the warranty claim is covered by this warranty, then the Company, at its sole option, provide a functionally equivalent reconditioned, and/or arefurbished and/or a pre-owned and/or a new Product for satisfying Company's obligations under this warranty. You will receive instructions on how to ship the Product(s), at your expense, to the Company.
To obtain the benefits of this warranty service, you must include:
(a) a copy of your receipt, bill of sale or other comparable proof of purchase;
(b) a written description of the problem;
(c) the name of the name and location of the installation facility (if applicable) and, most importantly;
(d) your address and telephone number.
Noted: This warranty does not cover damages or failures caused by acts of God or as a result of any abuse, misuse, abnormal use, or use in violation of any applicable standard, code, and/or instructions for use in installations.
